Tzabia Siegel is The Food Coach and combines her training as a nutritionist with life coaching to transform her clients’ relationship with food. She spent 8 years in the top sport medicine clinic in Toronto, and led group trainings for corporations and law firms. She is the author of Jump Off the Diet Treadmill, and coaches private clients throughout Canada and the US.
