Keith Fiveson, is an Executive Life Coach and Founder of the Work Mindfulness Project. As a yoga therapist and meditation teacher, he has practiced and studied mindfulness and meditation for over 25 years. In his former corporate life, he was a senior executive who led projects and teams at Price Waterhouse Coopers, British Telecom, AT&T, and MCI Telecommunications (which became Verizon).
