How often do we sacrifice our dreams in order to make a living, go to college, raise a family or live up to the expectations of others?
Like so many, Donna Brown shoved her musical dreams into the deepest, darkest corner of an old sock drawer, thinking they would magically go away. But they didn’t.
In this session, Donna will share the story behind Finding Medusa - The Making of an Unlikely Rock Star, a book that highlights her lifetime journey to ultimately finding her life’s purpose. She’ll show you how to find your own "Medusa" and let your authenticity shine through.
Donna F. Brown is a 69 year young author, musician, and retired RN, currently living in Pearce, Arizona. Her articles have appeared in Authority, Thrive Global, Huffington Post, and Woman’s World. Her Medusa story was also recently published in a book: “88 More Ways Music Can Change Your Life.”
After Donna's talk and Q&A, you'll be matched with a group of 5-6 other attendees to explore this topic further. It'll be an opportunity to connect and share your own experience or wisdom. The conversation is moderated by a fellow community member and is a welcoming and safe space for all.
You're all set 🎉
