This Bloom session is an introduction to therapeutic cannabis that will demystify the cannabis plant and teach how it can be used mindfully to improve quality of life. Kim Sarsons will share an overview of the medicinal compounds, how to engage with them, and how they interact in the body to bring it into balance.
Kim is an educator with a passion for natural and alternative wellness strategies. She focuses on elevating self-care by infusing cannabis education into life coaching, movement and meditation.
After Kim’s talk and Q&A, you'll be matched with a group of 5-6 other attendees to connect and explore this topic further. The conversation is moderated by a fellow community member and is a welcoming and safe space for all.
