How you spend your money (and your time) are keys to revealing who you are and who you want to be.
In this Bloom session, Lorne Tepperman will discuss shopping behaviours, brand loyalty of older people and the shopping addictions of younger people, and draw some life lessons about shopping.
Lorne Tepperman was born in Toronto, studied in Canada and the US, and has been teaching sociology at the U of Toronto for 51 years. He loves teaching undergraduates and writing books about the bizarre, dangerous, and enchanting world we live in.
After Lorne's talk and Q&A, you'll be matched with a group of 5-6 other attendees to explore this topic further. It'll be an opportunity to connect and share your own experience or wisdom. The conversation is moderated by a fellow community member and is a welcoming and safe space for all.
